Shipping Policy
6-9 weekdays separate the moment an order is placed on vobirax.com from the moment the box reaches a door in the 48 contiguous states, and every rule behind that figure is written on this page.
A facility in the United States or the office in Fresno
Where does a box start its trip?
Every shirt, sweater, cardigan, and shirt jacket sold on vobirax.com is held, picked, and packed by a fulfillment partner at its facility inside the United States. IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC passes each paid order to that partner, and the partner sends out the box from its own facility, so the country of dispatch on every order is the United States. Example: an order placed on Oct 27, 2026 is passed to the partner the same afternoon, and the box leaves the partner’s facility, not Fresno, on Oct 28 or Oct 29.
What happens at 1142 E Cornell Ave?
The office in Fresno, California is where orders are managed, email is read, and records are kept. No stock is stored there, no box is sent out from there, and a return mailed there is not accepted. Keep that address for letters. Boxes go to the address printed in the return approval, as the Refund and Returns Policy describes.
The partner’s carrier choice or a carrier of your own
Who carries the box?
The fulfillment partner hands each order to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, choosing by the weight of the box and the destination. Checkout offers one shipping service, so you cannot pick a carrier or pay extra for overnight delivery. Example: a single sweater to Oregon usually travels with USPS, while two cardigans and a shirt jacket to New York may go with UPS. Whatever the carrier, the tracking number in your email tells you which one.
The 48 states or the rest of the map
Which addresses can the company serve?
Orders ship to a street address in any of the 48 contiguous states, and in Washington, DC; the checkout form accepts a United States address and nothing else. Example: Fresno, Phoenix, Chicago, and Miami are all inside the map; Anchorage and Honolulu are not.
A street address or a PO Box
Which addresses are refused?
Four kinds of address fall outside the service area:
- Alaska and Hawaii.
- PO Boxes.
- APO, FPO, and DPO military and diplomatic addresses.
- The territories, Puerto Rico and Guam among them, and every address beyond the United States.
Checkout blocks Alaska, Hawaii, the territories, and foreign countries by itself. A PO Box or an APO address can slip through, because the form cannot tell a box number from a street, so the company cancels such an order, refunds it in full, and emails the reason. Example: an order to “PO Box 418, Reno, NV” is cancelled on the next weekday and the full amount, shipping charge included, is credited to your card.
The $6.90 charge or no shipping charge
How much does delivery cost?
| Merchandise total at checkout | Shipping line |
|---|---|
| Below $99.00 | $6.90 |
| $99.00 or more | No shipping charge |
The charge is the same whether the box holds one shirt or six. Example: a $33.99 shirt pays $6.90 and comes to $40.89; two sweaters at $36.99 and $47.99 add up to $84.98, still below $99.00, so the shipping line is $6.90 and the final price is $91.88 outside California.
The merchandise total or the final price
Which number is compared with $99.00?
The merchandise total: the prices of the garments in the cart after the discount code, if any, and before the tax line. Neither the tax line nor the shipping line is part of the comparison. There is no handling fee, packaging fee, fuel surcharge, or signature fee on top. Example: a cart at $98.99 is below $99.00, so it pays $6.90 and the final price is $105.89; add a $29.99 shirt to the $84.98 pair above and the total becomes $114.97, so the shipping line reads no shipping charge.
The same-day line or the next weekday
When does an order count as today’s order?
The same-day line is 5:30 p.m. Pacific on a weekday, set by the clock in Fresno. An order paid before that moment counts as that weekday’s order; paid later than that, or at any hour of a weekend day or a federal holiday, the order is counted on the next weekday. Example: an order paid at 3:10 p.m. Pacific on Mon Oct 26, 2026 counts for Oct 26; an order paid at 6:10 p.m. Pacific on Fri Oct 30, 2026 counts for Mon Nov 2.
One weekday or two in the partner’s hands
How long does packing take?
Handling takes 1-2 weekdays from the day the order counts. In that time the partner pulls the exact SKU and size, checks the shirt, and packs it. Example: the Oct 26 order above leaves the facility on Oct 27 or Oct 28.
Five weekdays or seven on the road
How long does the carrier take?
Transit takes 5-7 weekdays from the day the box leaves the facility, counted the same way, with weekends and federal holidays skipped. Example: a box that leaves on Oct 28 reaches the door between Nov 4 and Nov 6.
Six weekdays or nine in total
What is the total?
| Stage | Weekdays |
|---|---|
| Handling at the partner’s facility | 1-2 |
| Transit with the carrier | 5-7 |
| Total from the day the order counts | 6-9 |
Example: order paid at 3:10 p.m. Pacific on Mon Oct 26, 2026; leaves Oct 27 or Oct 28; arrives between Tue Nov 3 and Fri Nov 6. The figures are estimates built on an ordinary week, and the section on storms and backlogs below says what happens when a week is not ordinary.
A weekday or a federal holiday
What does “weekday” mean on this site?
A weekday is Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays. Saturdays and Sundays never count, and a holiday on a Monday pushes every date on this page back by one. The remaining federal holidays this season are Veterans Day, Wed Nov 11, 2026; Thanksgiving, Thu Nov 26, 2026; Christmas Day, Fri Dec 25, 2026; New Year’s Day, Fri Jan 1, 2027; and Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Mon Jan 18, 2027. Example: an order placed on Mon Nov 9, 2026 leaves on Nov 10 or Nov 12, because Nov 11 is skipped, and arrives between Nov 18 and Nov 23.
December 11 or a box after Christmas
Which order date still reaches the door by Dec 24?
Order by 5:30 p.m. Pacific on Fri Dec 11, 2026 and the longest version of the timeline, 2 weekdays of handling and 7 of transit, still lands the box by Thu Dec 24, 2026. Orders placed later may arrive before Christmas, but the company does not promise it. This line is removed from the page after Dec 26, 2026.
The whole order or a single shirt back
Does a return change the shipping charge?
No. The $99.00 threshold is judged once, at checkout, and is never recalculated after a return. Example: a $114.97 order shipped with no shipping charge; you later return the $29.99 shirt and receive $29.99 back, even though the shirts you kept add up to $84.98.
A tracking number or a silent box
When does the tracking email arrive?
The tracking number is emailed the moment the partner hands the box to the carrier. The Order Tracking page shows the order’s status by order ID, and the carrier’s site shows every scan. The first 24 hours can show no scan at all, because the label exists before the carrier’s first pickup. Example: a box handed over on Tue Oct 27 at 4 p.m. often shows its first scan on Wed Oct 28.
One box or two
Does an order arrive in one box?
Almost always. An order of four or more garments can be packed in two boxes when the partner’s packaging rules call for it, and each box then carries its own tracking number in the same email. The shipping charge is paid once per order, never per box.
A California address or any other state
Does the checkout add California sales tax?
Orders delivered to a California address are charged California sales tax at 7.25% on the merchandise total, printed as a separate line on the checkout screen; the shipping charge is not taxed. Orders delivered to any other state are not charged sales tax at this time. IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC collects the tax and passes it to the state, and it sets neither the rate nor keeps any part of it. Example: the $84.98 pair of sweaters delivered to Fresno shows $6.16 of tax, so the final price is $84.98 plus $6.90 plus $6.16, which is $98.04.
A corrected address or a box already on its way
Can the address be changed?
Within 24 hours of checkout, and before the order has been passed to the partner, email customer service with the order ID and the corrected address and the change is made at no charge. After that the box is committed and cannot be redirected. When a box returns to the partner’s facility as undeliverable, the garments are refunded on arrival and the $6.90 shipping charge, if one was paid, stays charged. Example: an order placed at 2:00 p.m. Pacific on Tue Nov 3, 2026 can be corrected until 2:00 p.m. Pacific on Wed Nov 4, as long as the partner has not yet taken it.
A restock or a refund
What if a size sells out after the order is paid?
Stock moves at the partner’s facility all day, so a size can run out between checkout and picking. When it does, customer service emails you within one weekday with a choice: wait for a restock date, or cancel that line for a full credit to your card. If no restock is expected, the line is cancelled and refunded without you having to ask, and the rest of the order ships on time.
What if the box misses the estimate?
If the company learns that an order cannot leave the facility within the 2-weekday handling window, it emails a new dispatch date and offers the same choice: accept the new date or cancel for a full refund, shipping charge included. Example: a Fri Nov 20 order held back by a restock until Nov 30 gets that email on Mon Nov 23, and the customer decides.
A delivered scan or an empty porch
What if tracking says delivered but nothing is there?
Carriers sometimes scan a box as delivered up to a day early, or leave it with a neighbor, a front desk, or a mailroom. Check those places, wait 48 hours, then email customer service with the order ID and the tracking number. The company opens a case with the carrier, then either replaces the box or credits your card, depending on stock.
What if the scans stop?
Seven weekdays with no fresh scan make a stalled box. Send the tracking number by email and the carrier is asked to trace the box that same weekday. Example: a last scan on Thu Oct 29, 2026 with nothing after it means a trace from Mon Nov 9.
A damaged box or a lost one
What if the shirt arrives damaged?
Email two photos, one of the garment and one of the box or mailer, within 7 days of delivery. The damaged shirt usually stays with you. A replacement goes out if the partner has the size, and a full credit to your card follows if it does not. The Refund and Returns Policy covers the same case in more detail.
What if the carrier loses the box?
Once the carrier confirms a loss, the company files the claim itself, then replaces the box or refunds the order in full, and you pick which while stock lasts. You never deal with the carrier directly.
How long does a shipping problem take to close?
Once customer service has the order ID, the tracking number, and any photos it asked for, a shipping problem is closed within 7 weekdays. Carrier traces use most of that window because the carrier runs its own investigation. Example: a case complete on Thu Nov 12, 2026 is closed by Mon Nov 23.
A refused box or an undeliverable address
What happens to a box that comes back?
A box the customer turns away at delivery, or one the carrier brings back over a wrong or incomplete address, earns a refund of the garments once the partner’s facility has it. The shipping charge, if one was paid, stays charged, and the 30-day return window keeps its original start date. Accepting the box and returning it under the Refund and Returns Policy is faster for everyone.
A storm or a backlog
Which delays are outside the company’s control?
Severe weather, holiday-season volume, a carrier backlog, and an address a driver struggles to find can all add days that no estimate planned for. When that happens the company chases the carrier and keeps you informed, but it cannot promise a delivery date and does not pretend otherwise.
