Disclaimer

1 inch is the tolerance on every garment measurement published on vobirax.com, and that figure, together with the limits of what IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC answers for, is what this page sets out.

A tape measure or a guess

What does the customer check before ordering?

The chest figure. Lay a shirt that fits well on a table, measure it across the chest from armpit seam to armpit seam, double the number, and compare it with the chest figure in the listing’s size chart. Then read the fit word on the listing, slim, regular, loose, or relaxed, because two garments with the same chest figure sit differently when one is cut slim and the other loose. A size chosen from the letter on a tag, without that comparison, is the customer’s own choice, and a return under the Refund and Returns Policy is the remedy. Example: a customer’s best-fitting shirt measures 22 inches flat, so 44 inches around; on the VBX-SHT-004 denim shirt that figure sits between M at 44.9 inches and S at 42.5 inches, and the customer picks M for a slim cut with room to move.

The supplier’s fabric label or the listing

Which statements about a garment come from the company?

The fabric content, the care instructions, the country of origin, and the measurements on a listing are taken from the supplier’s own specification and repeated on vobirax.com without alteration. The sewn-in label inside the garment is the final word; where the label and the listing disagree, the label wins and the shirt may be returned as not as described. The garments carry no brand of their own, and the line “Sold by: Vobirax” names the seller, not a manufacturer. The company has not laboratory-tested any fabric, and a listing is a description, not a certificate.

This page or the Terms and Conditions

Where does this page stop and the Terms begin?

The boundary of the company’s responsibility for the garments themselves, their descriptions, and the delivery estimates on the site. The Terms and Conditions carry the contract, the liability clause, and the governing law, and neither page overrides the other.

The chest figure or 1 inch either way

How exact is a size chart?

Garments are measured by hand, laid flat, and the same shirt can differ by a fraction from one piece to the next. A measurement within 1 inch of the chart in either direction is within tolerance. A measurement more than 1 inch off the chart makes the garment not as described; in that case the company pays the return postage under the Refund and Returns Policy. Example: a sweater listed at 41.7 inches across the chest that measures 41.0 inches is within tolerance; one that measures 40.5 inches is not.

A screen or daylight

Why does the color differ from the photo?

Photographs are taken under studio light, and every screen renders color its own way, so wine red can lean toward burgundy on one phone and brick on another. The listing names each color in words, and a garment that matches that word in daylight is as described even when it looks different from the photo on a screen.

A slim cut or a loose one

What does the fit word promise?

Only the cut of the garment relative to its chest figure. Slim sits close to the body, regular leaves ordinary room, loose and relaxed leave more. The fit word does not promise that a particular letter size suits a particular body; the chest figure does that work.

The price of the order or anything beyond it

How far does the company’s responsibility reach?

To the amount the customer paid for the order, and no further. Within that limit, three points are spelled out: once a box is with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, delivery timing is the carrier’s; damage that happens after a garment was delivered in good condition is not a defect; and how a garment is washed, worn, or altered after delivery is the customer’s decision. Some states do not allow liability to be limited this way, and where the customer lives in one of them the limit applies only as far as that state’s law permits.

An estimate or a promise

Are delivery dates guaranteed?

No. Every date on the site and in a confirmation email is an estimate built from the 1-2 weekday handling window and the 5-7 weekday transit window. Weather, seasonal volume, carrier backlogs, and hard-to-find addresses decide the rest, and none of those are the company’s to control. The Shipping Policy says what happens when an estimate slips.

A link on this site or the site it leads to

Does the company answer for linked sites?

No. Where a link on vobirax.com leads elsewhere, that site’s own terms and privacy practices apply from the moment the customer arrives there. There is no affiliate program on this site: no link earns the company a commission, and no review or recommendation here is paid for.

The law of California or the law of your own state

Which law reads this page?

The law of the State of California, as the Terms and Conditions set out, with any dispute heard in Fresno County. Nothing on this page removes protections the customer holds as a consumer under the law of the customer’s own state.

The version in force or an older one

Which version applies to an order?

The version live on the day the order was placed. Each change to this page moves the date printed at its end.
