Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Zero is the number of customers whose personal information IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC sells or shares for advertising, and this page explains how to put an opt-out on file anyway, so that the figure is held to.
An email or a browser signal
How is an opt-out recorded?
One route is enough:
- Email contact@vobirax.com, put the words Do Not Sell or Share at the top of the message, and name the email address used on any past order so the record can be found.
- Call +1 (559) 549-2043 on a weekday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Pacific.
- Type the same four words into the form on the Contact Us page.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in the browser or through an extension; the signal is treated as a standing opt-out request for that browser on that device.
Example: a customer who ordered on Oct 27, 2026 emails the subject line and the order’s email address on Nov 2; the record is found from the address alone, with no form to fill in.
A California resident or anyone else
Who holds these rights?
Under California law a resident of the state may ask what personal information a business holds about them and whom it has been disclosed to, to have it deleted, to have it corrected, to refuse any sale or sharing of it, to keep sensitive personal information from being used beyond the order, and to be treated the same whether or not those rights are used. IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC applies the same rights and the same process to every customer, whatever the state on the shipping label. Requests to know, delete, or correct are completed within 45 calendar days, with one further 45-day extension announced in advance for a complex request.
Ten weekdays or fifteen
How fast is an opt-out processed, and what proof is needed?
Receipt is confirmed within 10 weekdays, and the opt-out is on file within 15 weekdays. The company asks for no proof of identity, since the law forbids making identity a condition of opting out. Identity verification applies only to requests where a mistake could cause harm, such as asking to see, delete, or correct the information held; for those, the email the request comes from is matched to a past order and one further detail may be requested. Example: a request emailed on Mon Nov 2, 2026 is acknowledged by Tue Nov 17 and recorded by Tue Nov 24.
A sale or a hand-off to an advertiser
What do “sell” and “share” mean on this site?
Selling would be exchanging a customer’s name, email address, mailing address, purchase history, or anything else for money or another benefit. Sharing would be handing a browser identifier to Google, Meta, or another advertising platform so that ads follow the customer around the web, the practice California law labels cross-context behavioral advertising. Neither happens on vobirax.com. The only companies that receive personal information are the ones needed to complete an order, the fulfillment partner, the carrier, the payment processor, and the email delivery provider, each limited to that purpose and each listed in the Privacy Policy.
A GPC signal or a written request
How is Global Privacy Control handled?
When a browser arrives carrying the Global Privacy Control flag, the company logs an opt-out for that browser on the spot, and no written request is needed. Nothing on the site is sold or shared today, so the flag has nothing to switch off; the log exists so that an opt-out is already in force should practices ever change. The flag belongs to one browser on one device, so a phone and a laptop each need it switched on.
An opt-out or a deletion
What does opting out change, and what does it leave alone?
An opt-out blocks every sale or share from that day forward. It does not delete the order history, which stays on file for the period the Privacy Policy sets out, and it does not stop transactional email such as order confirmations and tracking notices, because the purchase depends on them. The newsletter is separate and has its own unsubscribe link in every message. A deletion is a different request, made through the Privacy Policy’s routes.
Under 16 or an authorized agent
Which special cases apply?
California law bars a business from selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16 without opt-in consent, and under 13 without a parent’s consent. IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC sells or shares nobody’s information at any age, so no consent is requested and there is nothing to opt into. An authorized agent may submit any request on a customer’s behalf with written proof of the authorization.
The same price or a penalty
Does opting out change how a customer is treated?
No. Prices, delivery estimates, discount codes, and the speed of customer service stay exactly as they would have been, and no order is cancelled or declined because of a privacy request.
