I run this shop for IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC. The question I kept hearing from the men around me was never where to find a sweater; it was which size to order without trying it on. The limits of the shop are written down on this page and the policy pages, and I would rather state them than have a customer discover them: the garments come from a supplier and carry no brand of ours, the fabric content on a listing is the supplier’s statement until the sewn-in label confirms it, and a box takes 6-9 weekdays. What the company controls, it takes seriously. A message to customer service is read by someone who can act on it, within 1 weekday, and the phone number on this page rings in Fresno during business hours, with any voicemail answered the next weekday.
