Terms and Conditions
24 hours after checkout is the cancellation window on vobirax.com, and IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC, EIN 99-4035409, is the company on the other side of every order; the terms below are built around those two facts.
IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC or Vobirax
Which company is the seller of record?
Vobirax is a trading name of IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC, a California limited liability company with EIN 99-4035409 and its office at 1142 E Cornell Ave, Fresno, CA 93704, US. Orders are picked, packed, and sent out by a fulfillment partner from a facility inside the United States, and that arrangement changes nothing about the contract: IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC is the seller of record on every sale, the contract is between the customer and IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC, and any problem with an order is the company’s to resolve, not the partner’s.
Twenty-four hours or an order beyond recall
How does cancellation work?
Cancellation is by email, within 24 hours of the order being placed. An order still waiting to be passed to the fulfillment partner is cancelled on request and refunded in full within 7 days. After 24 hours, or once the partner holds the order, it cannot be recalled; the garment must arrive and then go back under the Refund and Returns Policy, which allows 30 days from delivery. Example: an order paid at 2:00 p.m. Pacific on Tue Nov 3, 2026 can be cancelled until 2:00 p.m. Pacific on Wed Nov 4.
The moment of payment or the moment of dispatch
At which moment is payment taken?
Checkout charges the card for the whole order at the moment of ordering, and dispatch comes after the charge, never before. The card or PayPal account is charged once, for the final price shown at checkout, and a line cancelled afterward because a size sold out is refunded to the same method.
Three policies or one contract
Which other pages form part of these terms?
Three further pages form part of this agreement, the Shipping Policy (delivery), the Refund and Returns Policy (returns), and the Payment Policy (charges), and where one of them says something more specific than this page, the narrower page applies. The Shipping Policy carries the service area, the 6-9 weekday timeline, and the $6.90 shipping charge below $99.00; the Refund and Returns Policy carries the 30-day window, the condition rule, and the $0.00 restocking fee; the Payment Policy carries the accepted methods and the protection of card data. The Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy are published alongside them.
The price on the page or an obvious error
Which price applies?
Every price is in US dollars. The price shown when the order is placed is the price paid, whichever way it moves afterward, and sales tax is added for California addresses as the Payment Policy explains. Stock is held by the fulfillment partner and moves during the day; a size that sells out after the order is placed is cancelled and refunded, and the rest of the order ships. An obvious pricing error, such as a $42.99 sweater shown at $4.29, is treated as an error: the order is cancelled and refunded in full, and the company never ships first and bills the difference later.
An offer or a concluded sale
When does an order become binding?
An order placed on the site is an offer to buy, nothing more, until the company accepts it by sending the order confirmation email; the click on the button concludes nothing. The company may decline an offer, usually over a sold-out size, a delivery address outside the area in the Shipping Policy, a payment that cannot be verified, or signs of fraud, and every declined order is refunded in full.
A listing or the shirt in the box
What does a listing promise?
Every garment sold on the site is new, unworn, and the SKU and size on the listing the customer ordered from. A listing carries the supplier’s fabric content, the fit word, the size chart, and photographs taken under studio light; screens show color differently from daylight, and hand measurements vary within 1 inch, as the Disclaimer sets out. A garment outside those limits is not as described and is handled under the Refund and Returns Policy. Downloads, subscriptions, used garments, and custom alterations are not sold on this site.
Eighteen or a parent
Which customers may order?
A customer who is at least 18 years old, or who orders with the involvement of a parent or guardian, for personal use rather than resale.
A shopper or a scraper
Which uses of the site are allowed?
Browsing, ordering, creating an account, and writing to customer service. Not allowed: scraping the site, copying the catalog, running bots or crawlers against it, interfering with its security, or accessing an order that is not the customer’s own. The company may suspend access for anyone who breaches these conditions, and the information entered at checkout, above all the shipping address, must be accurate.
The company’s photographs or the supplier’s
Who owns what on the site?
The design of the site, its logo, the size chart images, and the product descriptions written by the company belong to IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Product photographs supplied by the garment’s supplier remain the supplier’s property and appear on the site under license. No trademark of any other company appears on the garments or in the listings, and no manufacturer endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with Vobirax.
A verified purchase or an unverified review
How are product reviews handled?
A review can be left only by a customer whose order of that garment is on file, and the company does not write reviews, buy them, or edit a customer’s words beyond removing personal data or abuse. A review is the customer’s own opinion, published as submitted, in line with the Federal Trade Commission’s rule on consumer reviews.
This site or a third-party link
Does the company answer for other sites?
No. A link that leads away from vobirax.com leads to a site the company neither runs nor controls, and that site’s own terms apply from the moment the customer arrives there.
A narrow warranty or none
What is warranted?
That the garment delivered is new and is the SKU and size on the listing the customer ordered from, and that it is within 1 inch of the published measurements. Beyond that single warranty, the site comes as it stands, with no promise that it will run without errors or interruptions.
The amount paid or any larger sum
How is liability limited?
Whatever goes wrong with an order, the company’s liability stops at the sum the customer paid for it. Within that limit: once a box is handed to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, delivery timing is the carrier’s; damage after a garment was delivered in good condition is not a defect; and how a garment is washed, worn, or altered after delivery is the customer’s decision. Some states do not allow liability to be limited in this way, and where the customer lives in one of them the limit applies only as far as that state’s law permits; nothing on this page removes rights the customer holds as a consumer under that law.
A fraudulent order or an ordinary dispute
When does the customer indemnify the company?
If the customer’s use of the site causes a claim against the company, through a fraudulent order, a breach of the conditions above, or an attempt to use the site against someone else’s rights, the customer agrees to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable legal fees. An ordinary dispute about an ordinary order is not what this clause is for.
A strike or a storm
What if events beyond anyone’s control intervene?
Neither the customer nor the company is in breach of these terms for a delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as severe weather, a carrier strike, a natural disaster, or a government order. The company tells the customer what has happened and offers a new date or a full refund, as the Shipping Policy sets out.
Thirty days of talking or a courtroom
How is a dispute resolved?
By email first. The customer writes to customer service, the company answers within 1 weekday, and both sides try in good faith for 30 days to settle the matter before either files a claim. Nothing here requires arbitration, and nothing waives the customer’s right to bring a claim in court after those 30 days.
Fresno County or your home state
Which law governs, and where is a dispute heard?
California law governs these terms. Should a dispute reach a court, the venue is a state or federal court sitting in Fresno County, California, and ordering from another state does not remove protections that state gives its own residents.
One clause struck or the whole agreement
What if a court rejects part of this page?
The court narrows that part as far as the law permits, or strikes it, and every other clause keeps its force.
These pages or a promise in an email
What is the entire agreement?
These terms, read with the Shipping Policy on delivery, the Refund and Returns Policy on returns, the Payment Policy on charges, the Disclaimer, and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between the customer and IMPOWER ATLANTA LLC for purchases on vobirax.com. A statement made anywhere else, in an email, a chat, or a social post, does not change them.
The version of the day or a later edit
Which version governs an order?
The version in force on the day the order was placed. The company updates this page when the business changes, the date at the end of the page moves with it, and continuing to order after a change is posted is acceptance of that change.
